Staff was great. But loud rowdy party with people screaming all night in room next door. The front desk was very kind to allow us to have late check out but the housekeeping knocked every 20 minutes even though they were aware that we were granted late check out. We kept telling her, but she even opened my door when I was in the shower. No rest on this trip and I would not return here or recommend to anyone. Also, the jacuzzi was very dirty and had vomit in it. I will reiterate that the staff was exceptional, outside of the housekeeping, everyone else had a very high level of customer service.

Check in staff very friendly. Hotel in nice area nicely decorated. Two main issues with my stay were highly uncomfortable beds,so I barely slept and the fact that the hot tub was an amenity of importance and it was warm but what jets wont turn on and was told they kust kind of swirl (which they were not even doing) not sure about other aspects or amenities as I did not use them. Loved the location and parking and friendliness though

The staff were great. Only complaints I have is the size of the pillows compared to the size of the bed. The pillows wasn’t comfortable at all. Lastly, we use to get complementary snacks in the room. This was missing this time.

Room was mostly clean. The air filter was laying on top of the air conditioner. The hot water was iffy and the bed was high. Pillows were hard.
