We enjoyed our stay. The room was very nice, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool looked nice (we didn’t have an opportunity to use it). Our only complaint was the traffic/emergency vehicle noise that went on all night and our blinds/shade wouldn’t close enough to block the light. It wasn’t broken, it’s designed that way. Also, the hotel bar closed at 1100. We walked in at 1058 and couldn’t get a drink. Not a dealbreaker but we were surprised. There are plenty of nearby places to get a drink. Ideal location for the concert we attended at the Spectrum Center.

Smooth check-in process. Beautiful & clean hotel. Lots of options for relaxing in the lobby/lounge. My son & I spent 6 hours in the pool! The perfect stay for our Charlotte trip!
