Staff checked me in early morning. Room was available which was great I am so happy about that. Very good Staff. Water leaked in washroom behind the toilet but Staff arrived and took care of it and I was given the new room 611. I am glad that Staff was able to give me a new room. Will visit again . I recommend this hotel. Very nice Staff. Got hop on and off bus tickets from front desk. Very convenient. Love the Staff and hotel.

Room was very small but we get what we paid for. Staff was great and accommodating. There was maintenance going on at 8am above our room very loud but we were already checking out around that time so that might be a problem to address.

The staff was great and giving a positive and helpful attitude! After a lot of traveling, their attitude was refreshing and appreciated. The room itself was certainly adequate and quite comfortable! The location was perfect for a quick 24hr visit to the city.

We booked a Classic queen room but we got a double and were told only have king and double rooms and no kings available. Booked the hotel as it had a pool but on arrival noticed pool closed for maintenance. Had not been advised by the hotel. Had a kettle in the room but only provided with tea bags queried this and was told no coffee if you want coffee have to pay €10 a day for a machine and pods.

Comfortable hotel in a handy location. We have stayed there before but this time they had replaced the room kettle with a coffee machine - no use for tea drinkers!
