We had a room on executive floor. Very nicely maintained and the housekeeping staff was very polite. We had lounge access but didn't use much since we were out most of the days. The breakfast was fantastic. The chefs very nice. Made a special veg omelet for me. We don't drink but people were enjoying the bar. The outdoor garden shared with other Price properties was beautiful, although small. The location is fantastic, very close to the train station. So overall a very enjoyable stay, and will plan to stay there again when in Tokyo.

Excellent location & services It has Spa hot spring, and located right next to Sapporo station. Most of staffs can speak English We will stay here again next time

Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are very helpful. Hotel is in the JR train station with a lot of dining options. Daimaru, Stellar place and Apria malls are all connected to the hotel. Tried both the western and Japanese breakfast and they were excellent

Great location at Sapporo station. Service was a bit awkward. Room cleaning was not performed (not sure I understood the rules). Rest of amenities and services rather standard but great quality
