Breakfast was ok. Coffee was terrible. Front desk was very helpful, when my Usa electrical adapter did not work . They let use one for my entire stay. Disappointed that there was no mini fridge & no safe in room. As an american, I had to ask for wash clothes every day. And every day the maid service left my dirty used wash cloth either on the floor, counter, or bidet. It was like she purposely took them out of the wet towel and placed them in these spots. Why

The rooms are lovely and spotless, and the housekeeping is top-notch. Checking in and out was a breeze, and it’s a great deal for the price.

The room was fine and the location is convenient to public transportation. Unfortunately, the night front-desk staff were rude and unhelpful. As international travelers, we felt unwelcome and treated like an inconvenience. When I asked for a small amount of salt to gargle for a severe sore throat—during winter holidays with no pharmacies open—the response was dismissive and begrudging. A vending machine also took my money without dispensing the item; I was told I would be refunded, which never happened. Also, our room felt super cold. The temperature felt off.

The room was good. Since we had stayed at the same hotel chain in Barcelona, the room here was almost exactly the same as the one in Barcelona. The room size for four people was a bit small, but it was acceptable. The hotel offered free parking, which was a big advantage. However, the breakfast was not as good as the Barcelona branch’s. It was very crowded, somewhat disorganized, and had less variety. Other than that, everything else was good.

Good hotel is near the shopping area. 25 minutes from MAD airport and main attractions. The free breakfast is delicious.
