We were told just a few days prior to arrival (too late to cancel) that the hotel was undergoing renovation. There was major pounding/construction noise on the floor below us the entire day. When I called, they said moving rooms wouldn’t help since the entire hotel could hear the noise. Also, it was weird that there was no dead bolt on the door.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was excellent—within walking distance of plenty of shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The room was spacious and comfortable for our family of four, and having a small kitchen was incredibly convenient during our stay.
The front desk staff was very responsive and helpful, making our check-in process smooth and assisting us with arranging airport transportation. Only negative is it’s definitely on the pricer side. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

The front desk staff is terrific. They got us into our room 1 hour early and were very pleasant and efficient. The location is great for walking to major sites and shops. And the rooms are aoacious

The hotel was nice, the staff were polite but the AC was broken and we let the front desk know and they said this is how it is supposed to work. We could not sleep all night, they came three times and every time they said this is their regulation to keep the room at a certain temperature and they said it is the same as the temperature in their lobby which was definitely not the case. On the second day, we contacted them to the fourth time and this time they sent the maintenance guy who said the filter had to be changed and he confirmed this is why the AC does not cool the room down. I also got an email a couple of weeks before our trip informing us that they have construction at the hotel, the level of noise was very disturbing. Will not return.
