Hotel Eclat Taipei

තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

Staff was amazing, hotel was a little old and breakfast was ok. Bar and dining very small but super friendly

It’s like staying in an art gallery. I’ve stayed here a 1/2 dozen times now

Believe the hotel was great but it needs some upgrades for now. Poor internet connection (slow speed), poor room condition, mosquitoes issue,….. Way behind the star ranting or avg customer ranking. Suggest the hotel jumps on improvements right away.

Hotel was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. I wasn’t a big fan of the art and statues, but that’s entirely a matter of personal preference!

The room key was not very sensitive. It only works at a certain location of the key pad. I had to go to the lobby to complain and one staff came to show me how to use it.

Very wonderful stay!

The hotel is well located, an easy walk to MTR stations without many stops to key attractions and central stations. The room was very clean, the decor fun. Staff were friendly and helpful. The free beer was appreciated. Unable to comment on breakfast or bar, as we didn’t use them, not due to the hotel, just personal preferences for local food experiences. I would definitely chose to stay here again.

Breakfast options and service were excellent. Hotel was clean, quiet and conveniently located to metro. Staff were great.

All the things are too old. Need a refreshing.

Despite great service and staff (Cody, Tom, Pamela) at Eclat, our stay ended with a nightmarish checkout. The hotel was in a great location with unique decoration and good service. Cody was considerate, and his recommendations for places and events made our stay very rewarding. Tom made us feel at home, and Pamela was helpful with an early check-in and kindness. However, during checkout, Pamela demanded $500+ for a "missing" pen. We are used to dime-a-dozen Hyatt and Hilton pens. Since the pen was unmarked, the chance of it mixing with our belongings was high. We searched and could not find it. I assured Pamela that I would mail it if we found it. She insisted for the payment. I refused. The police were called, but they were 1.5 hours away. Not a good situation. My friend came back extremely mad and dumped all the contents of her purse on the counter; there was no sign of the pen. Later, she pulled the lining of her purse out to show nothing there.The pen popped out. The issue was resolved after 2 hours. Moral of the story: if you stay at Eclat, the first thing you do is put their pen in the safe. Who put $500 unmarked pen in a hotel room?
