We have stayed at the Occidental Hotel Granada on numerous occasions and always been extremely impressed with the staff's helpfulness, can do attitude and readiness to please. The bedrooms are spacious, extremely clean, presented with an extremely welcome air conditioning system, complementary tea and coffee making facilities, flat screen television and a very comfy massive bed. A large bathroom with complementary shower and toiletries with a large bath and overhead shower. This stay was no exception and we will certainly be rebooking.

Basic hotel, they only give you one morning of coffee regardless how long you are there. Lengthy walk to most attractions but good sized room and clean

The beds are uncomfortable, and the Air conditioning is not real AC, it seems like some kind of water-based cooling system is used. Place was clean and very spacious, on-site parking was good, as well as price and location.

The room phone did not work and the desk reception didn’t give out the internet password. Was a real pain. The breakfast was very good! Cava for mimosas- fresh fruit. Over all a good experience. Would recommend
