スタッフの方々が親切に接してくださいました。
名古屋を訪れたのが2回目でクロークの可愛い女性に道を尋ねました。一生懸命に分かりやすく説明をしてくださりありがたかったです。
ホテルは入った瞬間、綺麗で豪華な雰囲気か漂っていてお部屋も過ごしやすかったので是非また利用させていただきたいです。

The staff were helpful and polite, hotel is close to a subway and train line which is why I chose it. Lots of restaurants and a convenience store nearby. Underground onsite parking for a very reasonable rate.
Some of the staff can speak English, although I do speak Japanese.
My only issue was with the bed’s comforter/duvet- it was very thin and felt like it was plastic coated. I’m sure it’s easy to keep clean but I found it uncomfortable for sleeping.

නියමයි I booked this hotel at the last minute due to a change in plan. The staff were helpful and their English was reasonable. The lobby and entrance areas look really nice, but the main hotel looked a bit worn. The room was a good size but the bed was hard - probably not too bad by Japanese standards, but a bit hard for me! Ditto the pillow!

නියමයි Overall, this is a nice hotel for a short stay. Beds are not very comfortable, and the hotel is showing its age (stained carpets, etc.). This is the dirtiest hotel I have stayed in while traveling (extensively) in Japan. Hotel staff are VERY friendly and helpful. For the price, this hotel is a great place to stay.
