Hotel itself is good but surroundings are so dirty and filled with people who look unkempt.

The Onsen was nice. Very popular though and small so it got crowded often.

This hotel was fantastic. The room was small but nice. The staff were brilliant and the offered alot of amenities that you could just grab. The artificial onsen was wonderful. And it was conveniently located.
My friend staying in the next room spoke Japanese but the staff seemed to have goid English I'm not really sure.

The hotel location is none the better than here if seeking the central location in Nagoya as it is in the heart of night life and business district.
The neighbourhood is noisy with night people but hotel is quiet.
Great to have an indoor hot spring facility opening till 2am.
