After being given a different from what I paid for room, my concerns were addressed and as a whole we enjoyed a really nice stay. The staff is very professional and there were pleasant surprises.

The best thing about this hotel is the rooftop swimming pool and the staff working up there were fantastic. However, the rooms & customer service I experienced were very poor to average. There is no natural light in the rooms so like being in a dungeon. The facilities in the rooms are also bad, the TV didn’t work properly, the shower did not work properly (water dribbling out of the shower head with insufficient pressure). I politely informed staff about these issues when I arrived and that I wasn’t happy with the room and they offered no solutions. I expect more from a ‘five star’ hotel, poor customer service.
