The property is nice, but no easy way to checkin early and checkout at 10am seems a bit too early. Staff was nice although I did not get a response online about wait time or anything while waiting.

Pros: light blocking curtains, sound proof room, hot water. Cons: rude and unhelpful staff, front desk and cleaning. Location not amazing.

Very close to the subway line. It’s near the Japanese government offices so not as many convenience stores as close as I was hoping. But the venue I had to go to was about a 20 minute walk, so not too bad.

This was such a nice hotel with a relaxing onsen! It had everything we needed to refresh after some stressful meetings we had in central Tokyo. The only annoying thing was the self-check in which took a long time when we came in wet from rain and with a crying baby. I wish the staff would have helped us a bit more.
