The hotel was good, but the shuttle service was not Free as I expected, and that should be made clear. Also we waited an extra hour at the airport upon arrival even though we scheduled shuttle service the day day prior. But the staff at the restaurant were very nice and provided great service.

Water pressure!!! OMG, this place has NO water pressure. The staff said it was because too many people were trying to use the water at the same time. I tried to shower several different times during the day and the pressure was always the same. In room safe did not work and needed replaced. Mini fridge didn’t work and they wouldn’t replace or repair it. Internet didn’t work and they took two days to repair. Television didn’t work and it took 2 days of me complaining before they fixed it. This place is not worth price.

I liked the room itself but the property could have been better. The breakfast was subpar, the restaurant was nothing special for dinner. We actually went to another resort for dinner that we liked much better. It was overall decent but I won’t be booking another stay at this particular property. For the money I can stay at better places that have much more to offer onsite.
