The room was beautiful and spacious. During the night, the city skyline was breathtaking. Amenities were well maintained as well. The staff were all very helpful.

Gorgeous hotel, well managed. Staffs are professional, courteous. Rooms are clean, spacious, quiet with absolutely beautiful view of the river. Will stay here again in the future visit of Hangzhou.

The hotel room was big and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a lot of variety to choose from, but the buffet dinner was a little disappointing; the food was not so fresh.

Very nice hotel. Huge huge huge room. Very good buffet dinner and breakfast with nice view on the 22nd floor. Recommend for business trips or just a family weekend getaway. Would stay here again if come back to Hangzhou.
