The breakfast was superb. The staff was friendly and very helpful. However, we had an initial problem with the airconditioning. It was too warm inside the room during our first day. We had set the aircon to the lowest temperature but still after a couple of hours, it was not working properly. The maintenance team tried to fix it and it was better the next day.

Room not up to 5 star standard, water damage and a leak occurred during our stay, pool area in ok condition, breakfast area had a non functional coffee machine as well as not enough seating.

The gym is very small. When we arrived to the room there was spilt juice on the floor and it was sticky. It was cleaned the next day. The location is very convenient. I also liked the infused water that they put on the reception for guests. The pool was over crowded and not as big in reality as the pictures posted.

The room was spotless and very comfortable throughout my stay. The staff was super nice and available for help. The pool, clean, well-maintained, and had a great atmosphere. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations and provided excellent value. I would definitely stay here again.
