The hotel is in a fantastic location, very clean, and offers a stunning view from the pool area. The breakfast is outstanding, with an excellent variety of high-quality options. The rooftop restaurant is exceptional, featuring breathtaking views and wonderful live music. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. We can highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back.

Very clean and we'll maintained rooms. Staffs was super polite and helpful. Lifts was fast. Didn't wait for more than 3 minutes regardless of how packed the lift lobby was.

The room we stayed in was truly lovely, the view outside our windows was amazing and we spent many evenings looking out over the city. The hotel itself was very modern and stylish. The pool was very nice to sit in and had great views of the surrounding skyscrapers. We also greatly enjoyed the toilet, as it had many different features. This was available in our room and the sauna. We did have to get a taxi to every sightseeing site, or walk for over an hour so this was slightly annoying due to the heavy traffic in Bangkok. Overall we did really enjoy this hotel and the facilities.
