The room was clean and staff were polite but the front desk staff from my first night were not helpful at all. One lady with a Spanish accent in concierge line was quite rude when I called to ask about a hairdryer. I also tried to call 5 different parts of the hotel just for ice and no one was available even though it was only 3pm. It was clean and location was rlly good but other than that the service was not what I expected for the price. Other hotels in london on a similar rate provide much better services and amenities.

I had a very pleasant stay. The staff were helpful and very efficient. The room was very comfortable and luxurious. I was pleasantly surprised. I plan to stay again.

It was a pleasant experience with this hotel The girl who gave me ice every night was extremely helpful and nice The only thing I want to complain is the bathroom. There is only one side of glass door for the bathtub, cannot totally be relaxed when taking a shower, the water will splash out.

The Radission Blue on Bond Street is a lovely property recently refurbished. The location is ideal as nothing was too far to walk to. The staff were friendly, and the rooms were very nicely decorated.
