Pretty much every thing was spot on. Really liked the fresh still and sparking chilled water on tap in the corridors. Staff were excellent and friendly. Nice touches like apples, biscuits and drinks complimentary at reception and the spa area. Fridge in room wasn’t very cold and not adjustable was just about the only slight issue but not even enough for us to let staff know. If i’d been staying longer and keeping drinks in the room I would have let them know

Lovely hotel and great location. Prosecco and juice at check-in was a lovely touch. Didn’t use the bar and restaurant or have breakfast so can’t comment on that. We did use the pool etc. and that was a real treat!

Would recommend to couples or those wanting a re-set. The steam room, pool, Jazuzzi was wonderful, also the breakfast buffet was perfect & tasty with a wide variety of options. P.S Gouttham was lovely during our stay, very helpful and friendly.

Very comfy beds & pillows , nice bar & reception staff , Nice pool sauna steam good, not luxurious enough to be called a spa. Our room had a power failure when we awoke 2nd morning, no air con & v warm day, we had to use the bathroom in the dark & couldn’t shower , when we rang reception there was no answer ,we reported as we checked out but only received an apology & still charged the full rate?
