Room, cleanliness, the furnishing, and the way the room was furnished were excellent. However if they could add a mattress topper to the sofa bed would be better. They tried adding another cover but the sofa bed still felt hard. Thank you

Room looked old and not well maintained. Concierge was poor. Welcome desk staff in the evening was very unwelcoming. Waiting space for checkin was insufficient and uncomfortable. Breakfast was average. Not a great value for money.

Stayed in the club double room and it's clean and and big. Only downside is aircon wasn't that cold. And some items like razor and lotion wasn't available in the room. I like their pillows very much, unlike most hotels with very flat ones. They are also undergoing refurbishing. I was told it's ongoing and might have some noise. Was prepared but when the noise come and I was trying to get some beauty rest after breakfast, it does affect my sleep because of the knocking noise. Other than that, all are still good.
