The room was clean and spacious with water views. There was onsite parking for a daily fee and a cafe/restaurant on site. The location was great to walk to various restaurants and the market!

The location of this place is A1 plus !! unbeatable is the unique word. Garage in the property ( extra cost ) Now, the arrival process is tricky and confusing; the signage in the nearby is confusing and ill-placed. Even the desk employees recognize that as a huge challenge. Along with that, the construction in the perimeter makes it convoluted too. This is the only "staind" about the whole thing, but again, aside from this, I would stay there again, hands down. Btw, Santander is amazing !

Plastic glasses in the room is poor. No tea or coffee making facilities was very surprising and a miss.

Spacious and elegant rooms with convenient location close to the gothic cathedral iright in front the cruise terminal and Centro Botin. Our room had nice views of the bay. It is a 35 minute walk to Playa Magdalena, so you might find better to rent a bike, to make it easier to move to the other beaches and around town. We drove into Santander and found the free on site parking very convenient. I parked myself and it was quite an experience since you access the parking space on a car lift. I enjoyed it. for the faint of heart, they do have valet parking service available.
