Honestly perfect stay in Kyoto! The shuttle service was great…brought us from hotel where we needed to go! The room was fantastic and rooftop garden was an awesome spot to have coffee and just relax.

Limited vegetarian options in the breakfast buffet. The vegetarian option in the all day dining were way too expensive and not tasty at all.

This is a great property, clean and big rooms. The bar is amazing. The staff and bartenders are awesome. I want to give a shoutout to Andrea who spent long time to help transport our luggage, and book a hotel when our hotel in next town got cancelled. He was super helpful, kind and did not stop helping until the issue was resolved. He deserves a raise. 😀
