The hotel is no frills, budget-friendly and located, 10/10, in central Madrid in China Town and around the corner from Plaza de Espana Metro station. It's about 10 minutes walk to the Royal Palace, shopping hub off Gran Via and restaurants. The hotel front staff are friendly and they offer luggage storage.The hotel is old and could use updating but it is very clean overall. The rooms have all toiletries, clean sheets, comfortable beds and good water pressure in showers. The room walls are very thin and we could hear the neighbors very clearly but they were quiet at night which is what mattered. We were only in the rooms to sleep so this suited us well. I would recommend this hotel.

We liked EXE Suites very much! Convenient to via Gran Capital, plenty of restaurants and near tourist attractions. Surprised how quiet it was at night. Room spacious with kitchenette. Would return.
