Hotel Old Town

තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

Compact but functional. Air con was a bit noisy at night but it was 30 degrees out side so necessary for a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was ok and the location of the hotel was pretty good. Very near tram stops and bars and restaurants. 2 stops on the tram number 4 from Zürich HB which is handy if you have heavy bags and it’s stupidly hot.

The hotel is a bunch of rooms on top of a restaurant. No lobby. You enter the hotel from an ally in the back; between trash bins, in the dark. Though there is an elevator from the restaurant to the rooms floors you are NOT allowed to enter from the restaurant. One time , when our key to the back door did not work and we tried to go in from the restaurant, the manager showed displeasure. When we explained, he said "let me see" and took our key, went to the back door, and tried it. So, this meant, I could not wake up a bit early and go to the "lobby" and work on my photos or something else; somy wife could sleep. The manager is not at all friendly. When we checked in at 10am, we did expect not to get a room. He told us to leave the bags right at the entrance to the restaurant, literally 1 foot from the road. I objected that it was not safe for my laptop and camera in the backpack. He said "in that case, take it with you". When we were not happy, he called some help who took it inside. He said to come at 2pm. We were walking around the old town around 12pm and wanted to use the WC at 12pm and went in. He looked at us and said "I told you to come at 2pm" and we had to tell him we came for the WC. He is not a good manager and he alone is the reason NOT to rent this hotel. Breakfast was pathetic. Room had no proper supplies. Room was clean, good a/c(outside temps in Zurich were 96F), location is perfect.

We had a tiny, well maintained and clean 4th floor room. The bathroom shower was small but functional. Air conditioning was great and much needed. We had no interaction with staff after check in other than the lady attending the breakfast buffet. Over all pleasant stay and convenient location.

The AC was the only redeeming quality of the room. The maid was nice, however the staff was aloof. When asking about booking our early ride to the airport per their website description, they said ‘that’s not us’ (flat out lie) on the Expedia page where I booked and they ‘have never had an airport shuttle’. Both of these were clearly disappointing. The breakfast was lacking fruit. Bread/jam/undercooked eggs were dismal. The coffee was the one redeeming piece of the morning. I would not stay at this property again.

Staff were very helpful during check-in and out and the room was spacious and perfectly located.

Good location but small room with no real check in desk or staff (we checked in through the restaurant below the hotel). No parking close by if you have a vehicle. Does have and elevator and AC, which was great.

Poor internet which was surprising. A/C also worked very poorly. Great location & clean room.

The staff were very helpful and allowed us to leave our bags there in the morning, as we had arrived in Zurich off the night train. Room was very comfortable, overlooking a noisy Square, although once we'd closed the window we couldn't hear anything from outside.

Very small room with limited amenities. However, the location is prime...center of Old Town.
