Loved this hotel. It was in the historic district of Sintra and our room had great views of the mountains and some ruins on the top. Would definitely stay here again

The hotel is perfectly located in the historic center n very convenient if you just want to walk out and have all around you. They also have in front parking which I needed n was very convenient. The staff were very nice, helpful n gave great restaurant suggestions.

Perfect location, very nice staff. They gave us a nice room. The hotel is old and needs some remodeling.

We had a very hard time getting access to the hotel from the main entrance to the hotel. I had to walk in to get the QR codes. The man, older guy, did not seem to car. He said thelat because we booked with a 3rd party we would not get an email with the code. My husband has a heart condition and he walked forever to find the main entrance. The sign on the road points to the parking garage NOT the main entrance. You need to fix that. Crazy bad first impression. Carolina at the reception the next day was very helpful. Maria Quigley

Excellent location at the center of historic Sintra. Room was clean, and our room had a small balcony a perfect spot to sip some espresso to start the day. Highly recommend

I was not able to get to the hotel. The road was closed and had a barricade across it. We spent over 2 hours trying to get to the hotel. We finally gave up and drove north 2 hours to find another hotel.
