BQ Can Picafort Hotel

Very clean rooms and bathrooms

Room cleaned daily and fresh towels if you need them , all other areas of the hotel are very clean Excellent buffet Helpful friendly staff Comfortable room. Handy to have a fridge. TV in room. Only Spanish channels. Close to all shops, bars , restaurants and beach Pool accessible. Had a lift for people with disabilities, both pool had children’s pool Plenty of sun loungers with parasols for shade. Shame the pool closed at 18:00. Other pool with snack bar very good. Lots of choice of drinks and snacks, meals. Night time entertainment seemed ok. I didn’t see much ad I went out most evenings. A mix of German & British guests. Nice bar area with tv. Would recommend and return.

Absolutely awful experience, with numerous cleaners making noise from 8am daily despite the fact that they should not have started the cleaning before 9am. Tremendous noise from banging, moving of furniture, shouting, laughing, chatting, calling to each from opposite ends of the corridor daily. Thoroughly unprofessional and rude cleaning staff continued to do this despite being asked to stop by the reception and who walked off showing attitude and rudely and who did not apologize to me. On one night, male guests speaking very loudly in German and who sounded drunk, arrived at 1 am and made a lot of noise and then proceeded to switch on the TV in their room and music on loudly at 1:30am. Be aware that the noise issues at this hotel, which has zero sound proofing, are pretty bad. If you want to be able to rest, sleep, have a peaceful stay, just know that you will not get this at this hotel. In addition to all this, you will hear children running at speed up and down the corridors daily and the staff allow this to continue.

Comfortable beds, nicely furnished . Buffet breakfast good. Very clean . Charging for an iron ridiculous . Pool hours in high season are crazy. Sitting about waiting for it to open at 10 when sun has been up for a couple of hours . Not best hotel pools for sunbeds as sunlight is blocked . Nice friendly staff. Good quality drinks at bar. Sangria was lovely. Food at lounge was very good A good stay but would t stay again.

Hotel was great, staff really friendly and rooms clean and efficient. Balcony was great for some outdoor space. Only downside was the breakfast offering was very repetitive and the English TV channels on the TV didn’t work! Otherwise, a great hotel.

Breakfast buffet is great.

Room 532 having amazing views. Huge selection of food for breakfast and better than other hotels in Can Picafort. Staff were very friendly, worth the visit. Highly recommend
