Hotel Porcel Torre Garden

was centered to everything, restaurant in hotel and in the back of hotel were great, also a 5 min walk to train station and a mall. definitely a great place to stay

The hotel and staff were amazing. Great spacious and cleaned rooms.

Stayed for a few days. Loved the hotel, the staff and convenience.

The hotel is 20 minutes away from the airport by Uber. It is located in a residential area (mostly apartment buildings) but it was very safe and quiet. The hotel is only a 5 or 6 minute walk (600 mts.) to a train Station. Once on the metro, the city centre is just a 10 minute metro ride. There is a large grocery store (Carrefour) next to the metro station and there was a food court with some eating options. There are also 2 local restaurants just a couple of blocks away. The staff at reception was always very accomodating and willing to help (E.g. heating up our leftovers, providing ice, etc.) The room was particularly big, with a large closet and bathroom (bath tub). Everything was clean. Mini fridge, coffee and tea in the room included. The windows have exterior shutter blinds that you can bring down to block the light at night. Great place to stay.

The staff allowed us to check-in earlier around 11:00 am as the room was ready. Very space at the bed and sitting area, but the washroom was very tiny . In addition, There weren't exhaust fan in the bathroom .

Quiet comfortable and spacious room. Air conditioner was a little spotty. Helpful staff. Recommend.

Good location, but the room looked dated, the windows were old and didn’t close properly, and the room could have done with much more cleaning.

El hotel dice que tiene aire acondicionado pero no funciona, la primera vez que me quede lo entendí porque el clima estaba frio pero la segunda vez era muy incomodo porque habia que abrir la ventana para que se refrescara la habitación, pero el ruido de la calle y la claridad del amanecer no te permitian descansar. Cuando pedí cambio, no me aseguraban que el aire acondicionado funcionara y las otras personas que me acompañaban tampoco les funcionó en otras habitaciones porque lo que definitivamente es un problema general que no pretenden resolver. Definitivamente no lo recomiendo si ese detalle es importante para ti.

I don’t have breakfast, Wi-Fi is good . The staff refuse to speak English; they claim that since you are in their country, you should speak Spanish—and that they will speak English only when they are in yours. This is something I heard personally from the lobby staff. Such an attitude is unprofessional and completely unacceptable.

Great place to stay. The room was clean, the staff was nice. Close to the metro. Definately recommend .
