I had a triple room that has a bath and shower in the bathroom and the basin in the bedroom. There is only shower gel and shampoo attached to the wall in the shower. No loose soap bar is provided. How do you bath or wash your hands in the basin? I requested my room not been cleaned to save the housekeeper time and effort When I went to ask the front desk for water, they grudgingly gave me 1 bottle and I had to almost grovel for a 2nd bottle.

Clean room. I think the reviews are 5 stars because the hotel only allows late check out if reviewers leaves 5 stars on reviews! No wonder it gets high ratings.
