Can you imagine that you go into a room without telephone to call front desk ? Would this be hotel service and the staff at front desk claiming that she just started work and doesn’t know ??? At 2 am I am still waiting for telephone to go into a room and they refused to change room for connecting when I used to book with Shaun ( the owner ) and was painless . The air conditioning was so noisy that I could not even sleep .

Booked the family room for 2 adult and 1 child, comes with free breakfast (breakfast choice is limited)
Location is good near to Tesco Bukit Indah and the is a Value Mart nearby.
Room is spacious but room is pretty worn out (deco, toilet bowl, shower), mouldy wall paper , toilet bowl have difficulty flushing, bath tub with shower head(stand cant hold on to the shower head) is very worn out. Floor and bedsheets are dirty with stains and dusty.
Staffs are nice and friendly.

It's a budget hotel but very bad cleanliness. Only thing is strong wifi.
