It was a just simple hotel room with basic needs and serve the function for a quick one night stay. Worth for the cheap price. But there was no lift in the hotel. So if u have big luggage, may not be suitable to stay higher floor.

T hotel was easy to find. There was no check in person, had to go to the hotel a few doors away to do check in. Check in was smooth.

The hotel staff was very rude with me. She told me that i have no prior reservation and asked me to call Hotles.com to check with them and went to watch her series on the iPad as if i was not there. After being there for 30 minutes trying to reach hotels.com, she found that she was entering the confirmation number wrongly. The worst staff i have ever met. About the place, the bed sheets are smelly along with the pillows. we could not even sleep the night of the smell.

It was good except that it has no lift at all.
I am with my family and it is tiring going up & down coz we stayed at the 3rd floor.

සාමාන්යයට වඩා අඩු i waited for almost 30 mins to check in because there was no one at the reception counter. turns out the staff left the hotel to go to the next building and hang out with the other staff. i had to call them and once returned there is no sorry. rude stuff, dirty & uncomfortable toilet.
