Compared to what you typically find in the smaller cities in the Philippines, it's quite excellent, but the surrounding area is somewhat impoverished, and unless you're coming here for business or to visit family, I wouldn't recommend coming to this city at all. There's no taxis, it's dangerous, it's like a food desert, and it's a bloody horrible place.

I grew up in the area and I've been away for many years. Going back for vacation and I'm impressed with how the building is well-maintained, clean and as always staffs are very helpful. The rooms are clean so as the restrooms. The breakfast selections are amazing!

I pivked the hotel for convenience for an event i was going to attend. Location is center of the city w easy walk to downtown and transportation. The staff are very personable, friendly and professional, restaurant menu for breakfast was top-notch. The room was perfect and cozy, had my best sleep here! Cheerful and bright lobby! Best decision ever!
