The staffs were very helpful.. everything you need they assist you from opening the doors to putting all your luggages to the luggage cart and to the hotel room and even during check out they assist in putting all your luggages in your car. And the most important thing I've noticed is the security features, you have to use your hotel key card to open doors and elevators. I'm glad we chose this hotel for our wedding prenup. Highly recommend!

Nice hotel! Breakfast is okay but the Foods ordered in the restaurant were delicious. Staff are friendly with welcoming. We had a lovely stay!!! Definitely our home away from home. We will be back again!!!

Nice hotel, friendly and polite staffs, delicious à la carte foods at the hotel restaurant. Breakfast is okay but we will definitely be back again to stay during our vacation.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The place is immaculate and the staff is amazing. The pool is fun and relaxing. Breakfast is better than average and the location is close to shops, shopping centre and restaurants. It was supposed to be a one night stay but I ended up booking 2 more nights. The hotel is luxurious and aptly named The Monarch Hotel. I would love to stay here again in the future.

I love this treasure in Pangasinan. Beautiful and luxurious. My newest favorite hotel. Top notch in my books. Breakfast is delicious and service is great. Go swimming in the pool. Shopping centre across the street and some shops, dental clinic, spa etc.

Everything was excellent. My family and I only stayed 1 night as we were passing through Calasiao from Lingayen. Rooms were clean, well equipped. Restaurant was perfect with great choices to dine on. Pool was relaxing. We will definitely stay here again during our next visit to Lingayen.
