Clean, comfortable, quiet rooms. Fantastic breakfast buffet provides a great start to the day. Conveniently located minutes from Fengchia Night Market.

Quite disappointed. My husband suffering from a lot of insect bites on the second last day. We stayed for 4nights. The exterior and lobby is nice but the hotel was not the same.... Found hair on side table and the wall was very very dirty. Makes me super uncomfortable. Alot of the wall in the toilet is very dirty.... I stayed at level3.... The hallway of the hotel room also got a smell... Second last day my husband got so so many bites on his arms and legs. Not sure is bed bugs or what. He woke up in the middle of the night scratching non stop. I will never come back to this hotel again.

The overall experience was pretty positive except that the bathroom floor tiles were loose. The staff was very polite and responsive to the request.

The hotel room was clean and comfortable. We booked the family room. Toilet could be cleaner. Would definitely return for a stay if we were to visit Taichung again. There was also a water dispenser right outside the rooms.

Away from public transport and shopping areas so will not recommend those who always use the mass rapid transport to travel around. Need to UBER to get around. Hotel is undergoing some internal renovation so do expect some noise and dust.
