My stay at this hotel in Busan was wonderful. We traveled to Busan for BTS events and arrived early in the morning. The staff was very accommodating and stored our luggage until we returned later that evening. When we came back about 12 hours later, everything was ready, and they quickly provided our luggage so we could settle into our room.
The hotel itself is beautiful, with elegant marble floors and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was professional, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, very clean, and well laid out, with the shower, bathroom, and vanity area separated for added convenience.
The beds were extremely comfortable, and we had a great night’s sleep after a long day exploring the city. From the excellent customer service to the cleanliness and comfort of the room, everything exceeded my expectations.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Busan and would happily stay here again.

Very clean and spacious family room. We had 4 travelers with 1 queen and 2 twin beds. Bathroom was clean and spacious with a huge bathtub.

location is good with restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. Can get on the busses to all tourist attractions. Room size is good too.
