Front desk staff were stiff and not friendly they were very businesslike, in their difference I think the English language may have been the barrier. Room service staff was friendly. Air conditioning worked very oddly, not cooling and would shut off on its own. The room that I was in had a blackout blind that was not retractable.

Check-in is strictly 3 PM. The staff was nice to let us put our luggage away, when we arrived at 2-ish, and we got a pizza to-go and returned at 2:45, they would not give a key until 3 on the dot. Also, we paid extra for a "sea" view - what a joke. Saw mostly buildings a a piece of the water by the beach. Breakfast food was good, especially the coffee. The herds or people was a bit daunting, especially people who seemed to have never eaten in public places. There was one set of tongs for the bread/toast, for two stations, and one man was adamant on holding the tongs until his toast came out, and some people did not understand the concept of lines....

Overall is a good stay for my 5 nights in busan. Located just beside busan station which make us more convenient on train & subways. No complain on the hotel just that the dryers are not working

It was my first time visiting Busan and was surprised how small the room was, but it had all the necessary amenities in the room. Nothing was missing and my wife and I stayed two nights comfortably. The room was very clean and organized and the front desk staff were very friendly. Also, you can drop off your luggage before your check-in time so that you can walk around the city freely. Did I mention the breakfast that is included with the room? It is amazing with good variety of meats and veggies Korean style. We have absolutely loved this hotel and if I travel to Korea again, I will definitely stay at their hotels more often.

I could eat nice breakfast for free. Staff at the entrance spoke to me in Japanese, and they spoke it very fluently!! You’ll find it difficult to use elevators smoothly. It took several minutes for me to get on it after I called it.

They need to remove the automatic door closer on room doors. Every time a neighboring room enters or exits the entire room and walls shake with a loud thud when their door slams shut. Extremely annoying, woken up many times during the night. I can’t believe no one has mentioned this until now. People know how to close doors… I have a stay booked in another branch in a few days I will be canceling that reservation and looking elsewhere.
