I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay. While the location is convenient, this hotel does not even meet one-star standards. The hallways constantly smell bad because dirty linens and towels are left piled up for over 24 hours every day until they are picked in the morning. My experience was plagued by issues: I had to change rooms twice—first due to an ant infestation in my bed, and again because of the poor state of the bathroom. Despite booking a Premium Room, management only honored my reservation after two complaints. Furthermore, amenities are non-existent beyond Wi-Fi, the provided bottled water is just refilled tap water, and housekeeping is subpar. Floors and bathrooms are ignored unless you beg them to be cleaned.

It's great. First day unfortunately we are welcome by cocroach walking around. After that no more.
The AC blowing straight to the bed so it became freezing overnight.

The hotel is kind of a hidden gem by Sunway Lagoon! Lots of dining options and shopping within walking distance.

Budget hotel, value for money. small rooms but comfortable bed. Has a lift was great.
Bathroom was small but clean, hot shower.
Great place to stay for a night or 2 if you need to be close to Sunway Mall.
Some shops and local eateries within walking distance.

Shopping mall is just a 5 minutes walk away. Unfortunately, my TV did not function throughout my 3-day stay.

හොඳයි Well I guess overall I can say the room was just nice & comfortable,only thing I was disappointed is the air cond which had some issues with the filter,the hotelier could have considered to move or change me to a different room.
