My daughter and I spent 3 nights at this wonderful hotel. It was our annual Mother/Daughter trip to Japan. The staff were very cordial and always friendly. What amazed me was the hotel placed two umbrellas by the door knowing a storm was headed our way the following day. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The room was clean and spotless. We’re looking forward to returning to Japan again and would definitely book at this hotel again. Thank you Mitsui Garden Nihonbashi Premier Hotel for your great hospitality!

The staff were so helpful and nice. We accidentally left behind some important camera accessories and they were extremely helpful in helping locate them and hold them for us. Rooms are small but very nice. The japanese baths are a nice addition.

Room was clean, not very spacious but that's to be expected in Tokyo. The baths were nice but unfortunately not open air so it was a sweat. Staff were very nice and helped us get to the airport. This hotel is very convenient to get to via the station, and would recommend for travelers.
