සහකරු සමඟ නැවතී සිටියා

I obviously checked in on a bad day, the first room we had was dirty, the second room we had not been cleaned accepted the bed was made. Informed reception staff that the toilet seat was up and had faeces in the toilet. The shower screen was dirty, the bins were full and the kitchen sink had coffee in it. We went out for dinner so the housekeeper could clean the room that we’re in. The front desk staff were lovely and gave us free minibar and I really felt bad for them. For 4.5 star hotel, I would’ve expected that all the rooms were inspected prior to guest arrival. Also, the TV was not a smart TV, a few free to air channels or movies that you have to pay for? Really disappointing as I have stayed previously.

Great hotel in a very central location, close to metro, bars, restaurants and parks. The hotel itself is modern, very clean and comfortable. I was on a work trip and had a 1 bed apartment which even had it's own desk space and there's also a co-work space in the basement.
