නියමයි All the streets around are closed. Took 40 mins to find the Car Park. Car Park signage also poor. Everything else great.

Simply love this property, have stayed many times. Beautiful and modern, great amenity, great central location, and wonderful staff. Could not more thoroughly recommend.

First night there was a constant knocking sound majority of the night, leaving my partner and I with little sleep. Second night the knocking continued with us contacting reception and changing rooms at 10pm. Reception staff were very good to deal with. Place was tidy and very great location and parking options. Only other down side was the size said there were bath robes but we didn't receive bath robes or the bottle of wine on arrival as stated through Expedia.

Easy check-fast with friendly staff. Room was clean. Close to the city/shops everything you need within walking distance.

Lovely stylish room, friendly staff. No restaurant or bar inside the hotel, they are around the corner.
We had trouble finding the hotel due to major roadwork and this should be mentioned in the welcome message. We phoned the hotel twice for direction while driving around in circles and each time got a vague response. This was not how we wanted to begin our stay. A moment of good customer service to alert guests before they arrive would have been valuable.

This hotel should be the benchmark for all others. It is clean, comfortable and stylish. It is my preferred when I stay in Canberra.
The only thing I would add is an option for waste recycling such as an extra bin for plastics and paper.

Check in was easy and the staff were helpful and friendly. The parking was a little challenging when the building was first entered but once we found our way it was convenient to get access to the accommodation. I would stay again when next in Canberra, hopefully all the building work in the area will be finished by then.
