Easy check-fast with friendly staff. Room was clean. Close to the city/shops everything you need within walking distance.

Lovely stylish room, friendly staff. No restaurant or bar inside the hotel, they are around the corner. We had trouble finding the hotel due to major roadwork and this should be mentioned in the welcome message. We phoned the hotel twice for direction while driving around in circles and each time got a vague response. This was not how we wanted to begin our stay. A moment of good customer service to alert guests before they arrive would have been valuable.

This hotel should be the benchmark for all others. It is clean, comfortable and stylish. It is my preferred when I stay in Canberra. The only thing I would add is an option for waste recycling such as an extra bin for plastics and paper.

Check in was easy and the staff were helpful and friendly. The parking was a little challenging when the building was first entered but once we found our way it was convenient to get access to the accommodation. I would stay again when next in Canberra, hopefully all the building work in the area will be finished by then.

The location was great for exploring everything in Canberra by car. Very close to the Canberra centre shops and the room is very modern and nicely decored (the concrete walls were a bit unusual but oddly nice). There is a bit of construction next door but it didnt bother us at all. Parking underneath was always plentiful and felt very safe.

The property location was excellent but the cleanliness of the room was very poor. The headboard, couch, and carpet were all stained. The sheet had a small tear in it. The wardrobe had a pile of dust, and the bathroom floor under the vanity hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Room 111.
