Aloft by Marriott New York Brooklyn

තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

Checked out early due to flight time, so did not have breakfast but wished coffee was made available( there was a Kurig in the room but meh)

The location is great! But the staff all seemed to be preoccupied on their cell phones …all the time. One of the female staffers was extremely rude after I made several attempts to upgrade my room because I was staying 5 days. She then calls on a male manager, he said he would check on my situation, he then begins to take a personal call with his ear bug in his ear talking in a foreign language right in front of me. The two of them did not realize I was a business owner trying to conduct business and needed my room situation to be handled after being displaced for 4 hours without a room. I was so upset by their UNPROFESSIONAL behavior, I went next door to the Sheraton Hotel and booked my 4 night stay with them….the staff, including the housekeepers were different as night and day from Aloft staff!! And, the hallways were well lit and bright unlike the Aloft…their hallways are very dark and for security reasons, I don’t recommend this hotel, especially for single women traveling alone. They need a new paint job to brighten up those hallways, and an overhaul of their staff that needs monitored and held accountable for how they interact with customers. I will never say at Aloft again.

The Aloft was perfect! From the second we checked in to the moment we checked out the front desk team was stellar. I’m kind of picky when it comes to hotels and this one checked every box. Location 10 out of 10. Close to public transportation and healthy food options. This is my new go to NYC hotel.

The small bar was excellent. Had my favorite Chardonnay. Hours are short though. No bell hop to help with luggage if needed. Enjoy staying here. 3rd time. Great location. Close to big food court across the small park. And close to subways. If the price is good this is where I book

I booked this hotel for the rooftop restaurant. On arrival I was told the rooftop is closed until September. I feel like I was scammed. The room was clean with a comfortable bed.

The Aloft was adequate for my needs on this trip.

A little run down but great staff.

So many babies roach

Everything was great! Only small complaint was the room I was in didn’t go past 74 degrees. No matter how low I turned it down. Other than that, I would stay here again!
