I slept poorly: the pillows went flat under my head, A/C turned on and off all night and when I turned off the A/C, I got to hear a truck idling at the garage 7 stories down from my room. After two days, my door lock battery stopped working so I couldn’t get into my room. My room was so far from the elevator, it felt like I was walking a block just to get there. Good gym and breakfast cafe. Staff were friendly.

No room service. Bar with very limited menu (not kid friendly). Some front desk staff was a little standoffish but most very friendly. Comfortable beds. Bathrooms in the north tower could use some upgrading. Good room size. Great location. Very close to DUMBO.

Quite outdated property in need of updates. There are no USB chargers in the room, though one charging pad has been provided. Our room looked out at eye level to a rooftop and on that rooftop was an odd collection of plants, plant containers, and various items yet clearly not an actual herb garden for the kitchen. There is no room service which we overlooked when booking but one can order online and pick up items on the lobby level. The staff were all very friendly and helpful however which greatly made up for the worn furnishings in the rooms.
