The absolute finest service I have ever experienced in all of my years! Our stay was so perfect we have booked the hotel for next year. The attention to our needs as well as every detail was far and above any expectation imaginable. Special thanks to Aderina, Massi, Alexandre, and the fabulous Heni! Also I must mention Camille for taking care of us and all of our requests. Finally to Antoni. A true leader, gentleman and consummate professional! They gave us a stay of a lifetime! Not what I expected of a Ritz. The property is more like a Marriott in quality but you pay four seasons prices. We left after one night of a 2 night stay and went one block away to the four seasons. Whole different class and experience. The facilities, service, experience. Wow. Day and night. This hotel does not give you the 5 star experience you pay for.

I was really disappointed in this property. The only thing that was excellent were the employees trying to make the stay worthwhile. The Tv did not work properly, The fireplace in the room would have been romantic if it worked. The breakfast offered did not compare to other hotels stayed at, which were much more reasonably priced. The new spa is beautifully appointed. The staff was amazing. They tried to make up for all the shortcomings of the property. Extremely disappointed in the amount paid for the amenities offered
