It is a very clean place, the staff are so friendly and helpful, fresh buffet breakfast everyday highly recommend staying here.

The location was perfect in terms of nearby shops, restaurants and areas of interest. Our room was spacious and well kept. Perhaps the most impressive aspect of the hotel, and there were many, was the efficiency and friendliness of the staff. They went over the top to provide help and to make our stay more comfortable in every way. I would certainly recommend it to others looking for a quiet and comfortable place in the center of much action.

Everything was fine. Beds comfortable. Staff and management excellent, but hotel is a bit tired . A few quid here and there would make the place fantastic. Book Airport shuttle both directions with Mr Yuth. Worth every dollar.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the spa was wonderful. I was always pleased with the staffs attention to little extra details, I did not expect the service to be so great! I would travel back to this hotel again.
