Exceptional in every way If I could give this a 6 star rating I would. Everything about the hotel was exceptional and that is due to one thing that many hotels overlook, attention to detail. This is all down to the amazing staff, from the welcome when you arrive to the way they attend to every guests needs, our experience couldn’t be beaten. The location is great, the pool was the perfect antidote to a day walking around temples and the breakfast was the best we have had over 6 hotels we have stayed in over the last 5 weeks. We have stayed in many hotels both for work and pleasure around the world and this is amongst the best. We highly recommend anyone visiting Siem Reap to stay in this exceptional hotel.

This was our first trip to Cambodia, I felt genuinely welcomed when we arrived, the hotel staffs were sincere, the room was clean constantly. The hotel order breakfast was top notch, I ate one delicious dinner and got an excellent massage session in the hotel. I wish every hotel in the world learn from this hotel how to treat customers. A special thank to the sewing lady who repaired my torn backpack handle!

a truly excellent hotel with staff that are second to none. had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel special mention for Reaska and Tey who were so good at making us feel welcome

Unfortunately 5 stars is the most you can give because this hotel deserves more. I have stayed in many class hotels throughout the world and I can honestly say none beat the Viroths service.

Amazing hotel in siem reap, fabulous staff always so attentive and made you feel special - they stood when you arrive back to the hotel and gave the traditional salutation and even waved you off when you leave the hotel The staff are what makes this place so special - thank you The hotel is beautifully designed and attention to detail furnishings - we had a complimentary room upgrade and it was amazing The added star are the tropical plants around the pool which transports you to a Cambodian jungle - would love to stay there again

The staff make this hotel exemplary! Nothing is too much trouble and any issues are resolved quickly. Location is good and breakfast caters well for vegetarians.
