Hotel Catalina

තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

Had I known this was one of those minimal / non human contact places I would have avoided. Nothing but bad experiences with those in the past. Everything is Whats App based which is inherently problematic. I actually lucked out. A staffer happened to show up as I was struggling with Whats App outside the locked reception less front door. He was very helpful and walked me through it. The room was OK. The neighborhood noise, as everyone else notes, is a real pain. Wifi is awful . Works for a few seconds, goes into a strange sketchy and incomplete log in mode that raised lots of security red flags on both my devices. Check out time was not noted anywhere. There was a pounding on the door at 10 (a rare "human" encounter) after which I saw a Whats App message telling me checkout was 11. I scrambled out at 11:10 after another door pounding. Then a half hour later after I was already two kilometers away got a phone call (remote human again) asking when I was going to leave. Spend 10 Euros more and get a real hotel

Hotel Catalina was perfect for our one night stay. The beds were super comfortable and the hotel is convenient for the bus station and also for many restaurants nearby.

Taxi druver couldn't find hotel as it seems to be trading under the name hotel and chic. Only a small sign on window to show we were in the right place. Room was supposed to be superior but was scruffy and badly maintained. Reception is only manned between 10am and 6pm outside those hours, access is by key card. Ours didn't work. We had to call an emergency number to get an access code. On entering the hallway and switching on the light, we found insects scurrying across the floor. At 11.30pm they were unable to offer alternative accomodation. We closed the hall door and left the light on. We slept in our clothes. When we left in the morning, the reception staff were disinterested. Even when I asked for the complai nts book, they didn't seem to care. We had booked for a second night but couln't wait leave even though we lost the cost of the room. It was the hotel from Hell!

Great space/nice bathroom. Way too noisy with restaurants and bars just below and windows that don’t stop the noise. Music and loud crowd until 3 am and chatters until 5 am. If you are looking for a place to crash after partying great spot , but if you wouldn’t mind sleeping a bit I wouldn’t recommend it.

Room 102 had a sliding bathroom door which was very difficult to move. The door was dropping off its support and when reported to reception the "fix" made it worse. The air con only worked occasionally. Facilities were very basic. The hotel bar was shut most of the week which may have been a blessing because it opened at the weekend and was then very noisy most of the night.

Location wise, no better than central location close to everything. Very polite and accommodating reception staff.

Very nice location and friendly desk attendants. Restaurants, shops, Santa Catalina bus station, parks..all within close walking distance .

Great location, great value, really helpful and friendly reception staff. Would stay again and definitely recoemmend.
