Great boutique hotel. Amazing area/neighbourhood. Easy access to BTS. Very clean. Great food. Can’t ask for much more.

Very good location. The walk to Ari station is manageable with suitcases. Easy to get anywhere via train from the closest station. The staff was amazing. We loved the breakfast and making use of the pool after a hot day. We plan to book here again later this trip. Highly recommend.

Very nice hotel in an awesome area. There are so many bars and cafes within a short walking distance. My room was tiny, but well decorated and clean.

The property staff and incredibly helpful. They helped with laundry and directions and were generally really warm and kind. Great location, super safe and walkable.

Stayed many times at The Josh. Area is perfect, it’s on a quiet street. The rooms are very small and not very soundproof but it’s clean and cheap and there’s 2 secret bars, breakfast is good and pool is small but nice. No complaints and would recommend

It’s rare to find such consistency in care, attention, and genuine kindness. Thank you to the entire staff and crew for the wonderful service you provided. Apple, the front desk person was outstanding. She arranged a Muay Thai reservation that was sold out in the evening we wanted to attend. Made our stay unforgettable
