False advertising about services and amenities. No food onsite outside of breakfast. Advertised as smart TV in room. Old and regular local channels didn’t even work well. Wifi slow. Staff onsite did refund me so I could find another hotel.

Loose the carpet if it can’t be maintained. Seemed to give a moldy smell in the corridors otherwise great staff good service.

Very loud outside & inside noise. Would only change me rooms for upgrade price, said No VIP WITH EXPEDIA!!!!! Breakfast small & same everyday, no laundry had to pay for that service. Tv in room horrible, no smart TV & shut off by itself many times, WiFi in hotel bad as well
