Taichung Saint Hotel

Lovely place will stay here again

average hotel; simple but adequate breakfast; location was not the best but it was an acceptable 10 minutes walk from bus station, all in all not the best but it's okay

The bed is soft and comfortable. There is a Japanese BBQ restaurant near the hotel and smells so good. Bus is free from Taichung Station or Yi-chung night market. And from the bus stop is about 3 minutes walk to the hotel.

Simply decorated and quite comfortable room, with a spacious bathroom. I had a good city view and enjoyed the sunset. The location is nice for public transport, with numerous bus lines running along Beitun Rd and going to TRA Taichung Station (20mn by bus). In the neighborhood, there are several convenience stores, a cinema complex, restaurants, bakeries, and a side street (next to the cinema) with lots of food vendors. The generous buffet reakfast is served in the top floor cafe with great views of the city.

Doesn't allow check-in upon our arrival at about 1:30pm and details of check-in process was not clearly explained by the hotel staff to us. Counter staff don't seems to be friendly and ignore our request most of the time :(

Convenient located near the old city center, on an avenue (Beitun Road) with many buses. Lots of eateries and convenient stores in the neighborhood. Spacious, modern and comfortable room with good view, nice and spacious bathroom. Good buffet breakfast in bright 11th floor cafe with panorama over the city. As there's a karaoke in the same building, there could be some noise until very late at night, but personally I don't mind.

Good deal for the price and the hotel is close to several bus stops with ample restaurants nearby. Breakfast was pretty good since the menu changes daily. The free wifi was kinda slow though.

Good: - Staff are friendly and courteous - We were lucky that our room given to us was big - nice location, 3-5mins walk to the bus station - self-service laundry machines We heard some complains that it's noisy at night during weekends, maybe for lower floors, but we didn't experience it.

Staff is friendly. Breakfast is good for the price. Hotel staff also provide extra help. I borrowed a USB connector for free from a nice staff. The room is a little dusty but the bed is very comfortable and clean. TV doesn't work. I will stay here again for its location.
