 January 4 to January 8,2027,Club facilities will be temporarily closed for annual maintenance.

To provide excellent service and facilities, the gym, outdoor swimming pool, and sauna will be closed for cleaning from 12:00 PM to 01:30 PM daily and for maintenance from 6:30 AM to 01:30 PM on the first Tuesday of each month. The monthly maintenance will be postponed to the next Tuesday in case of holidays.

If there are any temporary adjustments to the operating hours of the hotel’s facilities, no further notice will be given. Please refer to the latest on-site announcements or consult our staff for the most up-to-date information.

Guest must be at least 17 years old and more than 140 cm height to access the fitness center and sauna.

Self-service kiosks are available for check-in and check-out at your convenience.

To ensure a comfortable and healthy environment for all guests, except for the designated smoking area , all indoor spaces, including guest rooms, balconies, and bathrooms, are entirely smoke-free.This policy applies to all forms of smoking, including cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and heated tobacco products.A cleaning fee of NT$12,000 will be charged for any smoking activity detected in guest rooms or on balconies.Guests will be held liable for any damage to hotel property or amenities.

Pets are not allowed in guest rooms or other indoor public areas of the hotel. Should a pet be found in a guest room, a NT$6,000 cleaning fee will be applied to cover the cost of a full sanitation process. The hotel also reserves the right to charge additional fees for any damages caused.
