Everything was nice except sleeping area for a family of 5 is too small. There is also very little to store your belongings.

The view of the executive lounge was great. The food and drink selection was amazing during the cocktail hours but only non-alcoholic drinks was serve at the night tea hours, it would be perfect if dessert was served. Breakfast was great too.

For the upcharge on a club level room I would’ve expected a more spacious accommodation. Especially for two people to share. The beds were positioned close together instead of separate and only one person could reach the light fixtures for the whole room. The bathroom was very compact and for someone on the taller side such as myself(5’9), I felt very cramped.

What a wonderful hotel and staff! Super helpful and the rooms were so nice and spacious! Even if we had 4 beds in our room. However when I booked through Expedia it says children 1-17, and I put 2 adults and 2 children but when we got to the hotel we had to pay for extra beds because they said we wouldn’t fit on the twin beds since the kids were older 12 and 14. Also when you book get the lounge access with the breakfast, it was super good and a big variety. The Orion beer on tap was so good and they even had refrigerated glasses in the lounge. They had a lot of different alcoholic drinks and non-alcoholic drinks but that beer after walking around all day, was just different. They had all the amenities you need and even had a Family Mart downstairs in the lobby area. It is close to the market and shopping but in the city. If you want more beach type area - you may want to look somewhere else, however for the price this place was amazing.

Clean, well-maintained hotel facility and guest rooms. Buffet breakfast was always fresh, offered a great variety of delicious food and drinks. Hotel is nicely situated witj serene landscape. It offered great amenities. Staff were helpful and provided excellent customer service.Taxis were always accessible.

Our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel was clean, the staff were kind and helpful, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. The location was also convenient, and the atmosphere was relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers visiting Okinawa. Thank you
