Daiwa Roynet Hotel Naha-Kokusaidori

I normally like giving 5 stars but I subtract one because the staff did their job, followed their rules but didn’t seem available for anything beyond that. Personally, I’d subtract a star just for the fact there was no coffee in the lobby in the morning. To me, this is standard and the effort it would take to provide so very, very low. It’s a poor decision Other than these mild complaints though, the hotel is a relative good value, in an excellent location and with large enough and quiet rooms. We enjoyed our stay there for 6 nights, loved Okinawa and were there long enough to manage around the minor shortcomings. Hotel management though, get a coffee machine!

Clean room, front desk very helpful, Parking was easy process and Breakfast was amazing!

This hotel is great! It is centrally located (attached to a monorail station) and a few blocks away Kokusai-dori (the famous shopping street). The staff were very courteous, the breakfast was great, and the room was clean and quiet. A wonderful stay!

The janitorial staff and performance was superb! Every thing was spotless, the staff was cheerful and the clean -up periods were flexible. Big plus for our group. Mr. Higa was very helpful in fixing a booking problem in the middle of the night with a tired frustrated group. Good job!

Location was keen to my travel plans in the area

My husband and I stayed here after a night out in Naha. The rooms are very affordable considering this is one of the nicest hotels we've ever stayed in for this price. The room was clean and has all the amenities you'll need for a night stay. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and speak English.

Such a convenient location. One staff in particular was super helpful The room was clean The only issues I have were the housekeeping always put their carts right next to my room so I would hear them in the morning and there was no English on the TV. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet but if you don’t like Japanese food you’ll be very disappointed because the only Western type food they had was the salad and the fruits everything else was all Okinawa type of foods which I happen to love but I think many Westerners aren’t like me. No egg station where you could order eggs the way you want they did have scrambled eggs and they did have something that resembled a French toast but didn’t taste like French toast at all. For me I give this hotel two thumbs up for location. service and convenience.
